At VANDALLO we work with the best transport companies and offer free shipping throughout Europe for any purchase, without a minimum order value. We also have very economically costs for the rest of the world, which is reflected just before payment. In case that customs charges are incurred in the country of destination, it is the client’s responsibility to bear them. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to always know where your product is.

Of course, from the moment you receive your purchase you have 15 calendar days to return it, just contact us at [email protected] or use the contact form for instructions and delivery address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and have to reimburse the amount of the purchase after deducting a replacement cost of 9.90€, unless the product has arrived damaged or we’ve made a mistake. We cannot accept returns of sale, clearance sales, personalized products or sweepstakes products.

If you have just placed an order and decide to cancel it there is no problem, as long as it is within four hours of completing it. Contact us via the email [email protected] or on the contact form and we will search for a solution.

If you have any problem with one of our products during the warranty period, such as loss of elasticity, breakage of the cord or breakage/loss of any part, please contact us at [email protected] or use the contact form so that we can help you to solve it. We will guide you through the process so that you can receive your favorite piece back home in perfect condition – what a “déjà-vu”! If the problem occurs outside the guarantee period we can also take care of the repair, the amount of which varies depending on the part or parts damaged. In both cases, the shipping costs generated during the process will be paid by the buyer. Products won in competition have no commercial value, therefore they have no guarantee.

We knew you were going to ask yourself that, so we’ve prepared an explanatory document in the file of each product which you can find in the file “Find your size”. In it, we give you the instructions to measure your wrist easily with the help of a strip of paper or a very thin string. You can even print the document to use it as a size meter that we have designed to make the process easier.

Our products don’t require any special care; however, it is necessary to follow a series of usage guidelines so that they will not get damaged. Shocks, contact with chemicals or the bracelets getting wet must be avoided.
